SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange, where applicable. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
